Connect your Instagram and Facebook accounts
Link your social accounts to Gorillagram so it can read comments and send DMs on your behalf.
Before you start
- An Instagram Business or Creator account (personal accounts can't be connected).
- A Facebook Page linked to that Instagram account.
- Admin access to the Facebook Page.

Open Settings → Integrations
Log in to your Gorillagram dashboard, open Settings in the left-hand menu and choose Integrations.

Connect Facebook
Click Connect next to Facebook & Instagram. A Facebook window opens — sign in with the account that manages your Page.
Use the same browser where you're logged in to Facebook to make this quicker.

Choose your Pages and accounts
Tick the Facebook Page and Instagram account you want to use. Leave every permission switched on — Gorillagram needs them to read comments and send messages.

Allow message access in Instagram
In the Instagram app go to Settings → Privacy → Messages → Connected tools and switch on Allow access to messages.

Check the connection
Back in Gorillagram, your account shows a green Connected badge. Tap Test connection to confirm comments are coming through.
Troubleshooting
My Instagram account doesn't appear
Make sure it's a Business or Creator account and that it's linked to your Facebook Page in Meta Business Suite, then reconnect.
It disconnected after a while
This usually happens after a Facebook password change. Open Integrations and click Reconnect.
Can I connect TikTok?
Yes — click Connect next to TikTok in Integrations and sign in with your TikTok Business account.
